This is Victoria, the capital city of the province of British Columbia, Canada.

A 3-day trip is not enough. I will surely go back. Probably in winter.

Boracay

My bestfriend is in Boracay Island (Philippines) now. He is mending a recently broken heart so he decided to have a getaway,, to one of our favorite places in Pinas. The sugar-like white sand beach is to die for. The super clear water is paradise-like. I've always considered Boracay a paradise of my body and soul. No matter how crowded it can get, the moods this small island can provide range from tranquil to wild.

I've been in Boracay only three times yet it's one of those few special places that have left a memorable spot in my heart. Awww. It's true. I will always want to go back. Whatever time of day, whatever season, however crowded, I just love this place so much.

I just envy my friend so much because he's there and I'm stuck in this not-so-summer-like Vancouver summer. I miss the tropics!
